Many resources out there for using Bio Char to supplement your soil.
One thing I have learned is that it’s best to charge it before using it in your soil.

Lol well some eat bio char to detox and some add it to their feed for animals too.

At the store I get big bags of non activated pretty cheap
This kind here from amazon you eat or brush teeth
