Does humidity and temperature effect the sex of the plants?

Is there a way to increase the chances of my plants being female over male?.

I do remember a study that humidity, temperature and pH of the soil can effect the outcome of male to female plants when growing from "regular sexed"seeds, as opposed to feminized seeds. I don’t remember the details, I’ll have to get back to you on that.
