I think you’re misunderstanding. If you can smell something, that means the terpene (or whatever it is) has left the flower. If you break up all the flowers you’ll smell the terpenes (assuming they’re there), but they’re gone.

I’m just asking, if you take a single bud, literally one calyx, and break it up in your fingers, what does that smell like?

Since Auto flowering Strains are mostly crossed with ruderalis, they tend not to have as nice of a terp profile as regular/photo periodic strains…
