Do trichomes all turn at the same time

I noticed tiny amber trichomes starting to turn on one stem that gets more sun that the rest of plant, will the rest follow soon?

For a Bubba Kusk and Girlscout Cookies, once the Trichomes start turning, about how long does one have to harvest after the first brown trichomes?

That really depends how much Amber you like, myself I go for a 10 - 20% but some people like 50% and some people like as much amber as you can get and that’s basically considered sleep meds at that point

…it’s really just a personal choice so I don’t think there’s an answer, it depends what type of an affect you looking for from the plant ?
