Do I still have to flip my plants 12hrs light/dark through to when the are ready to be cut down?

A question of a fellow grower:
I have x3 gsc’s growing through their middle of flowering phase. Do I still have to flip them 12hrs light/dark through to when the are ready to be cut down or can I just leave them as normal again outside 24/7? This was worrying me because I have been putting them in my wardrobe to induce flowering and don’t know if I still have to, fearing they will go back to what they were. Thank You.

They wont revert. Reasoning behind darkness is to increase terpenes as well as splitting the stem.

I’ve been doing this every day now for nearlly 3 months!?!
Thank you for your info.
They are growing new white foxtails and buds are bigger now.
So I’ll just let them be… Thank You

So these are outdoor plants that you started to take inside to induce flowering?
