Just cut the floor out, and leave the exterior frame. I’ve seen it. You open freezer door to get to lights and ducting. Open fridge door to get to grow area. Pretty sweet.

I don’t think the fridge would cool with constant ventilation. Would just freeze up or burn out the compressor. Air would have to be still for the unit to maintain a temp.
