Never used LEDs and am sprouting Auto Wh. Widow, Blueberry and Northern Lights.

Coast of Maine Platinum mix in pots.
Seedlings 2 - 3 days old.
Bottom of bulb 7 inches from top of pots.
Temp at top of pot 76 F.
LED Light - 33 watts
Are my seedlings stretching? HOW FAR above seedlings should I keep this bulb?
These will got outside in bags shortly.
For 33 watts, I’d say 14" to 18".
I have a viperspectra p2000 that’s 200w from the wall…can push that at 100% about 18 inches from top of the canopy so I’m guessing you could have that light alot closer then you have it…

This App is fine for basics. You have to pay to use the LED part of it.
You can also use a small fan create a little air flow, make the ladies jiggle to help strengthen the stems. Maybe even add a little backfield to the pot. Keep up the good work.
I got the app not sure how accurate it is using the defuser and it says I’m at 2150 PPFD at the center of the tent don’t think my lights are capable of that just looked my app is Korona
Update it. Korona was name pre virus. And center PPFD will be high. Distance is also a factor. I can break 200k lux at 4 inches from HLG light with all my detectors. Photone matches my handhelds. I would never put a plant at 150k lux btw. Let alone 200.
