She may need another feeding tomorrow. Pot is getting light already and her PPMs were only 997 last feed after 3 in a row. I’d like to bump them closer to 1100

She’s happy and healthy, drinking and eating like a pig. Every 2-3 days it’s a gallon of water with more than “full dose” feeding.

I’m seeing a lot of clear towards the center when I open the bud and scope them. How “deep” do you want cloudy?
Pistils are probably 70/30 orange/white. Some lower buds are still almost 100% white.

Middle is starting to go from clear to cloudy. Thinking she’ll get the chop this weekend!

I’m going to check her again Wednesday and then Friday. I don’t want to start the trimming process on a week night lol. If she’s definitely not ready I’ll wait but I’m itching to get the girl drying.

you still have some time then, checking trichomes when the pistils are mostly orange.
I usually go mostly c loudy, 15-30% amber depending on strain and narrow/broad leaf (sativa/indica). I prefer sativas with more amber trichomes, no need to get speedy in my slow lane. It is all personal preference though, if you prefer your buds to get your butt firmly stitched into the couch, look for more amber.

This one will be more of a daytime smoke. Just about all hairs are orange at this point. Going to scope and make a decision tomorrow night. I’d rather pull a little early than get couch lock with this grow. Thanks for the info!

I pulled my bka 1 just for that reason of didn’t want a couch lock this go around like the Skywalker OG. On the other hand I just might let the bka 2 run more amber before harvest so I’ll have a daytime and nighttime smoke of the same cultivar
