Did I stunt the growth

how tall should my plants be at 10 weeks

Unfortunately yes. Too small of a pot and not enough light. Usually I flip mine at 8-9 weeks when they are 3-4 feet tall. But not all is lost they can still grow.

my light is 550 and is on 18hr and off 6

they may be 8 weeks I forget I work alot

Light is a 550? LED? CFL? HPS?

Are you growing Auto’s or Photo’s

How far from light.

What size pots?

All a factor.

led about 3 feet and the most and 2.5g pot and reg seeds

The answer is going to vary based on a number of factors but in all cases it will be “taller than that”.
