Only way to tell is with a jewlers loop or a USB microscope.

Looks good…at that stage and after a lot of rain…I run a fan to dry out the garden…bud rot haunts me every year…happy gardening

Harvested! Now drying and then curing.
Jewelers loop showed cloudy ( almost purple ) things on the flower and upper leaves.
Took a pinch of small bud and wow!
On your next harvest don’t pay attn to the leaves. They mature super fast compared to the ones on the buds themselves. No worries even when you harvest early you get good weed. Its the weight you loose most of all. Last week of life flowers swell alot. Use this guide and your jewlwers loop, looking at the buds not the sugar leaves. Congrats on harvest, looks yummy.
