I just started seeing this on a couple of the lower leaves… any ideas? She is in flower.

Looks like you’re getting the leaves wet while watering.
I have done that in the past… I hope I’m not doing it again! Doh!
It has been suggested that it is fungal rust?
Doesn’t look like fungal rust to me, looks like water/nute spots. just remove those lower leaves as they get in the way of watering and are useless at that point. This is what fungal rust looks like:
