Deadhead OG growth

I’m growing 5 deadhead Og plants , They are a 60/40 Sativa dominant hybrid. Will Sativa dominant plants double in size during flowering? Or how much growth should I expect once I flip my lights.?

To be on safe side expect all plants to double in flowering. They can keep some sativa dominant hybrids shorter through breeding but I try and expect all plants to double in size. I grow in a 5’ tall space so I’m always cognizant of head room

Thanks just wasn’t sure my plants are 4ft and I have 9ft of growing space so I guess I’m ready to flip lights
