Dead Male plants pollen

Hi friends i have a couple questions from new Zealand.
Pretty new to all this so bare with me.
This side of the planet the days are beginning to get shorter now.
I have a few plants outside some given to me as extras from a crowded inside grow room.
Some were male so i isolated them and at some point they died.
Before they did they created lots of pollen this is my question can the pollen from the dead male plant still pollinate the female plants.
Also is it normal for a male plant to grow to pollinating stage way before the female plants have even past vegetation stage
As mine have.
Cheers
Hope some one can help me out on these questions

Yes it could.

Yeah, that pollen is viable for a while.

Yeah, males usually develop before females.
