Daylight Length and Sunshine Hours

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks.

“Here 11°S of the equator we have very cloudy conditions during our summer and only average about 4 hours of direct sunshine a day during certain months
This is despite having 13 hours of daylight”

So what are you asking the last part of that kinda confused me a little

I dont know what you asking for , but I assume you want to grow canna…
Do some research, there is a strain which will grow well there thats for sure…
