I’m new at this myself, with that said it looks like possible Fungus Gnats.
Looks to me like phosphorus deficiency which you can get from bat 
or bone meal… I see some bug bites on it too
I’m also leaning towards pests. Unfortunately. Check under the leaves and right before/at sunrise. When the dew is fresh, too.
The spots all over just don’t say nutrients to me.
It’s it not pests it then looks more like other pests. Breeding colonies.
I would say bugs, I think there’s nutrient issues as well though. Bugs could be causing that, so could your soil. Get rid of the bugs and have a poke at that soil. Slurry test or similar for ph etc
