Yes that bud looks to have quite a few bananas, the bud looks ripe but that’s without seeing the trichomes, I think it’s going into rodelization

Yeah, 'nanners suck. If it’s done, or almost done, all you can do is carefully pick off the 'nanners and place them in sealed baggie with some paper towels soaked in alcohol. Just make sure you clean your tent from top to bottom after the grow… I mean clean everything. Lights, cords, walls, vents…
