I’ve recently changed the lights out in my 4x4 tent with 2 Mars Hydro SP250s, I’ve started noticing issues with my leaves. Tonight I even notice a number of small holes in one of the leaves. The tint is inside and I haven’t noticed any pests, plus its winter in the midwest so there aren’t really any bugs to make their way in the house. I’ve unplugged one of the lights and lifted the remaining light about 2 feet off the canopy. Does this look/sound like light burn or could it be something else?

Doesnt look like light burn to me. Looks more like an older leaf with mechanical damage. Whether it was rubbing against the tent wall, or another branch. If it’s only that one leaf showing signs then I wouldn’t worry.
