Plants about 2-3 inches tall. Been in the ground for three wk. just now getting 2nd set of leafs. Weather has been over cast and wet. This is been going on for three weeks. Could they be stunted. They have green leafs on them.
I suppose it is possible but most likely it is just a combination of not optimal conditions and my plants always go through a stall period ( indoor grow however ) where the plant is actually still growing just under the soil is where . It will put the energy into growing a larger root ball then the stretch of the part you see should start
