When they are ready to clone tag me I will walk you through it if you need a hand if not up to you I do all my grows from mother plants and only ever need 1 plant to get started. I am so sorry you had a poor experience with your order I don’t work in the office am just a Mod/mentor and I feel your frustration I hope not to sound disrespectful. I do have to ask if you can describe how you went about starting your seeds because I would like to help with your problem a 10% germ rate is tragic

I had seeds that were delivered mid-summer during a week of 100 degree days. I had 6 out of 20 not pop, and the replacement process was painless, new seeds on the way.
