Clueless new grower

First grow. 55 days old. White widow auto flower from ilgm.
Started in paper cups then 1 gallon pots, then 5 gallon fabric.
In miracle grow potting soil with added perlite. Used
Mykos for transplants. Growing mostly outside but using 4 led lamps, 2- 9 watt vegetative bulbs, and 20 watt flowering bulbs. Outside from 8 am to 8pm. Underlights from 8 pm to 11PM dark from 11pm to 5 am. Uder lights til 8 am the back outside.
Using lake water no ph testing.
Adding 1/2 dose miracle grow bloom booster every 3rd watering. They are still growing. 29 inches tall. They are very stinky. I see wide range of time saying 10 to 14 weeks for autoflowers.
When should I expect to harvest?
Should I flush?
Thanks for any advice.
Total newbie!

I and many others do not flush before harvest, it’s over rated bro science.
Autoflowers time lines can be very different then what they list, but a safe bet is about 6-10 weeks in flower with 8 weeks being a good average.
Autos veg times can be vastly different so starting flower in a few weeks and some vegging for a couple of months so its hard to say how long over all, it’s easy to predict the flowering stage if that makes sense…

But looking good man and welcome to the group

yes, welcome to the forum!
Your plants look very happy and healthy, great job!
How long have your plants been in flower? Is it 55 days, or a total of 55 days growing? Usually once the plant is in flower like @1HappyPappy said, 8 weeks is a good average. Look at the trichomes on the plant starting week 7 or so…cloudy trichomes are good for not doing anything after a bowl, a little bit of amber makes sure you’re not gonna do anything else that night  so it depends on how you want the flower to treat you.
Your first photo looks like a possible spider thread? Any problems with pests?
While the flush is an optional way to go, even though most of my plants are indoors I will wash my buds after harvest, especially if I had any trouble with pests. once the bud is cut, soak and swish it around in some very clean (if you have it distilled is good) water with some hydrogen peroxide in it. It will clean dust/hairs/dead bugs/live bugs/other contaminants off the buds, then you hang them to dry. Flush is a debatable issue, but no one want to smoke a hair or dead bug in their weed.

I agree with @TransplantedFarmgirl . You need to check for spider mites and definitely do a bud wash when you harvest. Lookong yummy!

They are 55 days from seed. Yes I have spiders! I have sprayed with neem oil a couple of times to knock them back.

With neem oil, you dont use during flower. It will be very bad to smoke. Use jacks dead bug or other organic insecticidal oganic soap that is safe to use during flower.

Thanks! I have jacks dead bug which I use on my basil.

agreed, keep neem oil to veg stage. And you’ll have a few weeks left for the harvest, plenty of time to keep the pests off the buds.

Your plants look great but in my opinion, you are still have a while before harvest.

I see lots of white pistols and still see some clear trichs.

Waiting will just help fatten your buds. I do realize waiting isn’t easy.

Others with a lot more experience will chime in I’m sure.

Also, make sure to look closely at the buds, not the sugar leaves.

They look beautiful. I know for Auto White Widow you’re ready to harvest at day 70. I’m growing these, but people say to look at the trichomes, an extra few days might be the better route. I’m a total newb so this is just my experience.

Yeah, I think you have a little time left before harvest,

Usually the harvest dates are kind of more a “time to get ready” than a hard and fast rule. It depends on what kind of an effect you are looking for. A speedy, quick one? No amber trichomes and mostly cloudy with some clear. A good mellow ride? Cloudy with some amber. Stitch yourself to your couch and forget your Tuesday? Cloudy with about 15-30% amber. Amber trichomes indicate THC conversion to CBN, which is great for sleep. Based on those ideas, keep watching the trichs and make the cut when you get to the desired level of stupids.

Just be sure to wash your buds right after you cut them; the spider mite threads and any stuff left over from the buggies and being outside should be washed off before drying and curing.

Neem oil is poison to humans. The next paraquat.
