Cloudy , opiate trichomes

Are these circled in black what we look for to be ready? Thanks in advance

Just insure you are focused on bud material and not leaf. The trichomes should be mushroom shaped, as in your picture, and cloudy throughout the “head” and “stem”.

Ok thanks so the stem clouds up as well? Took this sample from the bud.

My biggest concern is if that is cloudy just want to make sure
