Cloudforge humidifier

Finally got the T3 cloudforge humidifier and im having some issues, it was outside the tent using the hose it was very easy to refill with distilled water but the problem was its constantly dripping on end of hose from condensation inside tent causing stagnant water to build up in pan.
So i moved it into the tent removed the hose and now im accumulating algae in the tank from the light, and its much harder to refill spills everywhere.

Anyone have the cloudforge and whats your setup?

Could you insulate the pipe where the condensation forms? It can really help to eliminate the problem.

The hose went up through top tent hole then hung down, it was the water vapors build up at top maybe then drip down maybe due to angle idk not sure insulting it would fix it its not cold

I have 2 of them for seperate tents. And in one tent I run it inside and add a few squirts of hydrogen peroxide and clean them out every 2 weeks or so. On the other tent it is outside with the hose and I just have a drip cup underneath that I empty daily.

Yeah, it is normal. It’s pain but normal. I actually prefer in the tent as I feel it responds better to cutting on and off.

Yea i also noticed i can get up to almost 75-80 % humidity for my seedlings and when i use the hose it wont go above 67% im starting to think some vapors are lost by touching side of hose and turning to water rather then just shooting out the top inside tent.
