CBD Gummies Question

Hello all.
We are looking to start making our own gummies.
What formula would I use to determine the estimated amount CBD.

We are going to use store bought gummies and melt the down.

Also any tips would be most appreciated.

Thank you.

Try using the search function with keyword “gummies”. I quit counting after 10 unique threads on this topic. Some of the recipes are quite elaborate and are not easily retyped in brief.

My favorite calculator so far:

We have 32 grams of flower in 28oz MCT oil.

Ok, so you’re using an infusion.

Without purchasing a cannabinols test kit you won’t know the potency. It’s a total guess. If you work with a concentrate you can get a pretty good gestimate.

As far as making gummies using store bought gummies and an infusion, I know it can be done.

If you have a Facebook account. Look up Edible Sweets and Treats. A ton of people have done what you’re wanting to do.

Not sure how MCT oil will react in a gummy recipe. Better to work from a concentrate. You could use that for a replacement of butter in cookies.

I use MCT oil, along with my concentrate, in my gummie recipe with no issue, but I make them from scratch, not melting premade.
