We have a pretty lax code of conduct at work as is. So for todays list include watering, and a batch of butter was ready to be made.

Probably let it sit over night to finish stiffening. But yum yum betty crocker here we come.

Ended up with almost a half quart of butter. Have to test and see how strong it is. Nice dark green color is a good sign. I use a 1/4 ounce of og cush shake and about a pound of trimmings ive had drying.
