The seed helmet is on my seedling trying to sprout
Recently sprouted 12 seedlings. Couple of them had the shell stuck on there. I just gently nudged it off…I’m a noob so maybe wait for someone else to confirm this is a good idea. Didn’t hurt my plants they all doing great… I think

Tweezers are helpful when removing the shell.

Moisten it with a drop of water or spit and wait a couple minutes.
It helps soften it and usually a toothpick or two to help remove it.
For me, I find tweezers are difficult to use. Just my method.
