Cannot diagnose issues from leaf pictures, could use some help

Growth has pretty much halted, lower leaves going brown and tossing in the towel.

Its a bruce in soil, pH ranging around 6.7-6.8. Temperatures around high 70s to low 80s–averaging out around mid-high 70s. Not using nutes yet (fresh FF Ocean soil). Humidity/CO2 NA.

Are you spraying the plant with something ?

Nope. Unless you count a drop of water here and there, but I dont think that explains it
