Can you recommend a led light that is good for veg and flower thanks
For plug and play lighs a few brand available on Amazon and proven to work by our members are
the meshzi , viper spectra , marshydro and Roleadro lines
All will work well in both Veg and flower
When sizing go by actual watt draw now rated
35-50 watts per square foot of canopy or grow space
There is alot of ither factors as far as spectrum and par rating etc that you should do research on for you general knowledge
I perfer full spectrum lights myself which are usually more in the pinkish range
