From a fellow grower: I just purchased a led multi spectrum grow light and was wondering if it can be used in conjunction with the CFL system that I have been using or would one interfere with the other
Im doing it right now. All my pics are under auxullary lights added to the dual spectrum grow light, or my incubator with only DIY lights, mix of LED and CFL. My plants are growing well.
The CFL lets me add another color, 6500k, quite high on the spectrum. I add supplemental lighting untill my temperatures get too high. Heres my incubator light with two “100w” eq LED at 2700k and two “100w” eq CFL at 6500k. I get bushy close node spacing with this.

agreed…the extra light can help supplement.
