A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks.

The CBD oil that they have is for ingestion only I would not recommend rubbing it on you or smoking it through a Vape pen it has kind of a tea taste to it that lingers that you would be better off taking one or to drop by mouth as needed I use it as well for arthritis and other issues but if you do it as directed on the bottle you will be super happy

Rick Simpson oil look it up on YouTube it will explain everything but you want to make sure you have a very well ventilated area to do this if not outside is best
