My GSC Extreme is currently in transition and super dense. Never grown an auto before can i trim it like a photo?

Nice even canopy, pretty plant I would tuck few and take a few. For better air flow an light penetration. Also to open up a little around the top edge of the bucket for feeding and watering good luck.
