You can grow a big plant in a 6’ tent. 6’ minus pot height minus light hanging gear= max plant height.
Plant height is limited in a tent but you can spread one as wide as you got pot patience and time for.
What do you consider a full size plant? 6’ tent you could probably get a plant 3-4’ tall, but not sure you would want to. Would really depend on growing methods and equipment you’re using.
