Can i defoliate at this stage?

I am wondering if i should continue to defoliate at this stage as my plant has stop growing in height for the past 2 days. Is it to late for these, btw these are auto flowers

Keep in mind when considering defoliation, those are your solar panels, so if you remove them, you’re removing the thing that keeps them living.
