Can HPS or MH Explode if the power were to ever flicker on and off?

Does any know the effects of this happening?
I have random blips on my power grid and causes the bulbs to shut off and on multiple times.

Im using Vivosun 600W Dimmable Electronic Ballast with Vivosun 600W HPS and MH Conversion bulbs.

In my experience, cmh is most likely to explode out of the common hid lights. But this is definitely not good for any of them. If your hid lights go out, they should be allowed to cool before firing again.
