From a fellow grower: I have hard water with fluoride , is this ok to water the plants
I would not use fluoridated water, (I wouldn’t drink it either) but that’s just my opinion.
If you think it’s okay to drink, then you’ll want the water to sit and allow the chlorine to evaporate 24-48 hours. Usually 24 is plenty.

Strange to have municipal water that’s both hard and fluoridated. Generally municipal water is softened to reduce effects of hard water on infrastructure.
