Can fabric pots be planted outside?

I’m a Midwest newbie. Tried to do a lot of research and am fairly comfortable with my seedlings.
My question is would it be OK to bury a fabric pot set up with super soil in full sun after “hardening” off the seedling? I’ll need to enclose the 3’x 3’ area with chicken wire to keep critters out.

That’s what I do. This year, instead of transplanting directly into the ground, I am placing the pots into larger pots. The roots will grow out of the one and into the other.

You can even bury them in the ground. The pot I mean, obviously you cN plant a seed in the ground

Thanks, good idea!

Thank you for your reply.

Go for it, I have buried them about halfway down camouflage around the remaining top with leafs to make them less visible for thiefs.
