Looks over watered and its sitting in a puddle. There anyway you can lift it up and off the ground to allow air to pass under. A rack of sort. let us know a bit more info.
Soil
Ph / ppm of water and run off
Temps/ humidity
What nutrients are you giving it.
Strain?
Lights
If you have good ventilation

It’s up to every 2 days it drying out after that
It looks thirsty. A good way to tell when it needs water is by lifting up the pot like @GrassMan420 suggested. Water is heavier than the soil and plant combined, so getting a feel for the weight will give you a very good idea where it’s at. If you pick it up and it feels light it needs water.
In my opinion, its getting a bit large for that pot. If your environment is warm or dry you’ll probably be watering daily from now on.
It will perk back up over a couple hours once you water. If you can get your RH into the mid 60’s it will help for now. I would suggest transplanting to a larger pot before you flower.

thanks i got me a little concern the grow tent is a 3x3 and the light is a 1000 w led
the day time temp can get to 90 and night drops to 85 my RH is 70% so i notice they were drying out faster you think i need to repot they are in a 3 gall still pretty small but i dont know 1st time grower need all the help i can get.

Definitely overwatered your pot needs to be raised up so ur pot isnt sitting in its own water cause u will wind up with root if it stays sitting in water
