Following. I’m going to try with my NL Autos…growing reg collie at the same time and the tent will be going to 12/12 soon like it or not.
Autoflowers don’t flower based on light cycle, but rather they have a predetermined life cycle. Since they typically veg for less than a month, I wouldn’t want them to start flowering any quicker. I have 2 autos in my flower tent that have been on 12/12 from the start and they started flowering when they felt like it, lol. They can thrive under 12/12 from the start.
Auto flower will start to flower when the roots hit the bottom of the pot
I thought auto flower could be 18 6 light cycles?
Autoflowers can grow on a lot of different light cycles…24/0, 20/4, 18/6, 16/8, 12/12, etc… that’s the only good thing about autos in my opinion
I am new main reason for not liking auto flower. Is the end product or less production?
Some people get great production off autos. I typically average between 2-3 ounces off autos grown in a 3 gallon pot, but I can get more from a photoperiod grown in the same size
I have a blueberry auto an I’m at week 9 an no signs of flower at all
Flipping to 12/12 is fine. Autos do well on it IME
