Hi Fellows, I’m new here and just wanted a little info. I was LST on my main branch when I felt the branch bust at the node. I took a twist tie and bonded them back together I hope this works. Just happened about 15 mins ago…The plants are 2 months alive in Veg…Was planning on going to flower in a day or 2 I hope I still can with the injury…Advise is welcome…Thanks

Keep the limbs attached and it will often grow back together. I’ve put broken parts back together before and after a few weeks it is stronger than it was before. I usually put a drop or 2 of honey on my plant’s wound if I’ve broken something. It seems to help.

Because these plants dont instantly flower, but take days or a week or more to be really flowering, if the plant was mine I would feel that was still plenty of time to heal. I would go for it. But that’s me.

I usually make a clone and treat it as a topping. 
Thanks for the quick replies, I was thinking the same way as far as healing time. So its off to flower for them after their dark period. BTW I grew these plants in winter to avoid the copters over my building they seem to really fly around in summer alot…Paused over me one year for about 3 mins Talk about freaked out…Thanks again fellows

Stonedrus Hello, I need a little more info before I start cloning,I will learn soon. That particular branch that I mended has 4 very nice bug sites onit and ready to produce. So they will be off to produce in a day or 2…Thanks for the idea

I have done this a few times. I have duct taped and had success. I have also just dropped the branch and lived with the result. If you’re plant is healthy it shouldn’t hurt either way. Don’t sweat it!

I took a twist tie yesterday and put it back together right in the node area. If the leaves don’t wilt I will let it roll on…Thanks for the reply.

The way I see it. The only thing in life we can count on is change. Just gotta hit it in its face, when appropriate, or break contact and go a different way when that is what’s called for.
BTW, are your leaves dropping a bit, or am I just seeing things?

Those droopy leaves are no more…after 3 days in flower on 12/12 lights they are perky,perky perky…Plus they are not getting butchered anymore. Gave um a good feeding of molasses this morning… BTW they are WW strain.
