Those are what they are recommending for input. Notice the second bullet point. “Water with a ppm”

So I just started giving my plant nutrients again and I measured before:
6.79 ph
468 ppm
After (discarded the initial runoff and then measured):
5.98 ph
1701ppm
Not sure if my plant is just not taking in nutes or if there is just a buildup and it needs to be flushed. I poured a half gallon of Poland springs water in it now to hopefully wash them out. Anything else I should do?
