It looks like a water spot but what i circled looks to be a bug or small piece of grow medium? I’d be checking under your leaves anr keeping a close eye out for anymore issues or pests

The speck is dirt… I’ve been on the lookout for bugs… thanks for the info!

It looks a little like fungus. Was that leaf perhaps touching another one and got wet?
