Buds Flourishing at the top But slow at the bottom

This plant is (Orange Kush) growing beautifully with large buds at the top. However, the buds at the bottom are developing slower than the ones at the top. Can someone help by telling me why this is happening?

Buds at the bottom will almost always develop slower than your upper buds. Mainly because upper is getting the most light. Your girls don’t look like they are to dense to prevent light from getting through. There’s different opinions on how much to defoliate to allow more light to lower sites. Personally I will defoliate and will lollipop plants so upper buds will consume most of nutrients and energy to grow denser.

Also you can tie off branches to allow light to reach the lower bud, since many times branch growth is stacked on top of each other.
