Two colas are scorched on top. It could have been sunlight reflecting from the house, maybe. My other plants are ok. I suppose I should cut out the brown, spray with peroxide? First grow; haven’t seen bud rot before.

Looks like bud rot to me. Sorry.
With bud rot you’ll see a tan / gray / fuzzy white growth in the center of the bud.
They definitely warrant a closer inspection and removal.

I’m with @Oldguy on this one. Be careful when chopping that bud off as well. Don’t want anything coming off and blowing around your tent
