Plants are getting brown spots not sure what to do. Please help.

Have you splashed any of your “tea” on the leaves? That could be it

I didn’t consider that. I don’t use tea for Canna purposes but is very strong. Very well could be it.

That’s possible. Only a few leaves affected but they seem to be progressing. I’ll keep watching

Thanks for the tag @RandomlyRan. And good call @HornHead… Its kinda random so more then likely leaf got wet…
That 7.4 ph is a recipe for lockout, and will make all kinds of deficiencies bubble up… Try to bring it more into the 6.4-6.8 range if possible…
