Hello all, havaing some trouble and need some advice. After I Pruned my plant. It started developing brown spots. I have also noticed some stems of the leaves turning red/ purple. Any thoughts?

You will drive yourself mad worrying about stuff like this. Leaves develop all kinds of splotches and spots during a grow. Yours look great. When it starts to show up all over and more than just tips then maybe need to check it out.
Keep us posted if it gets beyond that.
Here is a pic of a grow I got over a pound of dried harvest from. My leaves were just awful.
