Honey and plant tape. Stat. Support it. Tie it up. Pray for the best!
Maybe even tomato wire for support
Zip ties and honey work really well.
Support it to the main stalk up from the break.
I had a similar problem a month ago. Used electrical tape it worked perfectly.
I agree, prop it up and treat the joint with some honey or aloe vera.
That’s a perpect answer, I was going to say the same thing. Honey is all natural and heals perfectly. please it on the wound and tie her up. In two or three weeks you’ll be good to go like nothing ever happemd
Thank you all for your rapid responses. Had pictures before i arrived. Had darkness too. My son and I went down to see my gorilla (NOBODY KNOWS GROW). Big Bud, not Bruce Banner. Tri trunk fail on the heavy side in rain, fell forward. Went armed with Local Honey,
Also 12" tie wraps. Constructed a very nice seal. High expectations for saving the WHOLE front of the plant. Not above water yet. Next 10 days, off and on rain on my already giant colas. Pictures will say the rest. Wish me luck. Thanks loads… @garrigan62 @dbrn32 @Burningwood @PurpNGold74 @zparkie2 @Oldguy
Can ALWAYS count on this forum.
Awesome! Try not to leave the cable ties any longer than neccessary. If the stems thicken any they can be cut into.
Bom is closed for September. Look in about a week or so for the October contest to start…
Think @imSICKkid said it best. “If duct tape dont fix it, u not using enough duct tape”
And make sure its ILGM seed. Good idea on the ‘local’ its pretty much always better
Ya man, @PurpNGold74 ILGM seeds are the best variety and quality. Found some bud rot. Glad i went down there. 3-4 weeks left. Wish me luck. Thanks to all.
Hi @dbrn32 @PurpNGold74 @Oldguy @garrigan62 @Burningwood @AAA @raustin Just heard i have some PGM showing. Gonna H2O2 spray them before rain. How much peroxide to one gallon. Any other ideas. Looking for bud rot also. Been wet for a few days. Had that plants split. Now more rain coming. Got most propped up well. Got a fan on my deck plants with bungee cords. Leaned over almost in half. Very hardy plants. Thanks to all.
Get/keep them dry and use that peroxide.
25% is a good starting ratio, if they like it you can up it from there.
Triple A has you covered…
Gorgeous work Stretch. They all look healthy and Dense!
Ya man @PurpNGold74 very happy, despite spotty bud rot. In Boston area. Gonna get slammed with wind and rain. Already done some repairs. Think I’m taking the 2 Afgannys Saturday. The others, only if bud rot will ruin . BTW…LOL…LOYAL CELTIC FAN:shamrock: BUT, gorgeous emoji. Oh ya, took my Bruce Banner deck plant inside out of all this f’n moisture. Had some rot. All cut out right. Plenty left. Might bring in the other Big Bud , to avoid 3" if rain and high wind off the ocean… Thanks again, man:wink:
Haha go Lake Show! Davis looks good in purple n gold bro. But lookin forward to the return of both our squads AND the new look hardnosed old school Knicks.
