For an energetic result, what % amber should be the target?

For a energetic high, you don’t want a lot of amber.

Oh yea, I feel like I read that the longer u let the buds grow the more of a couch lock effect u bring on
More amber there is the more couch lock you will become. I tend to pull my plants early since I can not stand couch lock.
If you want uplifted bud then cloudy and clear are your indicators. I personally wouldnt cut any bud with more than 15% are clear. If you get most of those trichomes cloudy that is “supposed” to be the sweet spot. No more than 10% amber. So 80/10/10 is probably where you wanna be.
Now that is a rule of thumb thing. You still gotta look at rest of the plant for other inducators. Careful not to cut too early!!! If she is still packing on weight i usually will let her unless trichomes are getting about 20% amber or more. She will put on up to 50% in last 2 to 3 weeks.
Interesting that almost all the pistils are brown and curled in but only a few amber trichomes are present, much fewer than 1%.
