Bloom only for meizhi 450s?

I have had both bloom and veg on at the same time and am starting week 4, should I switch to bloom only?

Not sure for all lights. My Mars Reflector LED instructions said to never run the flowering lights only. That makes sense, you still need the grow frequencies even when flowering.

I personally run my 600 from start to finish both on I haven’t had any issues you can search and see the different journals I’ve done with the meizhi lighting
