My plants are in full bloom and I am starting to see some black spots on the leaves. The black spots rub off and I dont see any bugs. Besides the spots, the plants seem healthy. Any ideas what they are?

The plants are outside, and the black stuff is on many of the leaves. It kinda looks like resin, or oil. There is foliage overhead but not sure if anything dripped from it.
I hope not, but could it be mold? Might need to spray with hydrogen peroxide, or wash at harvest. How far into bloom are you?
