Black Dots on leaves

I’m about two weeks into flower and have these black/brows dots on my leaves. I’m hoping it’s just nutrient deficiency/lockout, but I want to make sure it’s not mold. I treat my plant with trifecta spray since I had a tiny bit of white power mold. I will apply it with lights on since I’m often not home during lights out, but there doesn’t seem to be a correlation between the leave it’s applied to and the leaves affected with the dots. Humidity does sometimes creep up into the 60% range. I have a dehumidifier on the way. Feed with 6.0 Ph nutrient solution. Foxfarm ocean soil. I have this crappy PH meter for the soil. It is reading a little high.

Looking for Diagnosis and suggestions.

@MidwestGuy Did I do this correctly?

Update: Fed with slightly lower PH to bring down the solid PH. I’m currently on a flush week, so it’s just PH balanced distilled water. The problem is getting slightly worse. Not sure if it’s the PH or if it’s just not been long enough.
