Bill Pay option?

Hello all,

I just did my first order and used my bank’s Bill Pay to do the transfer. My question is this:
The only space to enter my order number was in the notes section. What if my bank doesn’t include that in my wire payment? Is that going to be a huge issue that will be a problem to resolve with ILGM?

i use bill pay 3 times and it went thru

Did your Bill pay ever clear? I placed my order on 5-1, bill pay cleared the bank on 5-4, but order still says “Payment pending”. Emailed Customer Support and they said it could take 15 days. Did you experience anything like this?

I used bill pay also and I was wondering how long does it actually take because I bill paid on jun 21

Mine eventually cleared and got my purchase shortly after. I wanna say my order took about 3 weeks from checkout to product in hand. Good luck!
